Trudy J. Harris, author

Trudy J. Harris was born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Canada. She studied at Simon Fraser University and then settled into accounting work and raising her two children with Michael, her husband. 

 

She has always loved writing and decided to finally, officially give it a go—to take a first step and see where it led.
 

Teak the Brave, and The Adventures of Flower Jane are her first two books. The concept and main character of Flower Jane came to her in a dream—what a great place to start! 

 

Her current favourite author is Charlie Mackesy who wrote:
